Parking was a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues. The elevator system was unreliable and left us taking the stairs more often than preferred. Suggest better signage for entrance!!!

The view from our room was simply breathtaking! ! We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the hotel restaurant, the steak was perfectly cooked and had this amazing flavor that just melted in your mouth.

I loved waking up to stunning views of Lake Argentino and enjoying an easy stroll to local eateries like La Pulperia just a few steps away. the staff were incredibly friendly and helped us navigate the town seamlessly during our stay.
